How to Successfully Delete Old iPhone iCloud Backup

If you don’t need an iPhone backup anymore, the best thing you can do is delete it so that it frees-up memory space on your iCloud which you can use to store other important files. Method 1: Wait for Two Days Before You Try to Delete the Backup

If your iPhone backup was created recently, Apple considers it as in use for the next 48 hours and so it’s advised that you wait until the 48-hour timeline passes out.
