How to Use Any Data Recovery Pro
Any Data Recovery Pro is the most powerful data recovery program with which you can easily recover photos, audios, videos, documents and other data from hard drive and other removable media. It also supports recovering data from Windows and Linux file system.
Download this software and install it on Windows computer. Then double-click the icon to launch it.
Note: Don't install the program to the partition where stored the lost data. If you want to recover data from removable media, you'd better connect the removable media to PC first to check if it can be detected by your computer. If can't, then the data can't be recovered.
"Format Recovery" allows you to recover data from formatted or reformatted partition, USB Flash Drive, memory card, memory stick, SD card, CF card, MP3 player, MP4 player, etc. It supports four file systems (FAT12, FAT16, FAT32, NTFS).
Follow the tutorials below to learn how to recover formatted data.
- Step 1: In the main screen, select "Format Recovery" mode on the left panel. Select the formatted partition and then click "Scan".
- Step 2: In "Select file system" window, select the file system of your partition. Click "OK" to start scanning.
Note: Format Recovery only support Windows file system (FAT12, FAT16, FAT32, NTFS). If you don't know the file system exactly, you have to scan file system one by one to find your formatted files.
- Step 3: After scanning, the files are listed by file type & folder structure, or only the latter (For FAT partition). Switch to one view mode as you like. Preview photos and music files in original quality before recovery. And then select the files you would like to recover, and then click "Recover" to start recovery.
Pause & Continue: During the recovery process, you can check files at the same time. If the files you need have been scanned, you can click "Pause" to recover them first. Then click "Continue" or "Stop" for the next operation.
Stop & Save the scanning result: When you stop the scanning, you can save the current scanning results for resume recovery at a later time. It is saved in a file with a .res suffix.
Filter: You can filter your lost files in the scanning result by searching the file name.
- Step 4: Select a path for the recovered files, Click "OK" to complete recovery.
Note: please do not save the data to the partition where your lost data located.
