You need to enable USB debugging before using this software.
For Android 2.3 or earlier: Enter "Settings" < Click "Applications" < Click "Development" < Check "USB debugging".
For Android 3.0-4.0: Enter "Settings" < Click "Developer options" < Check "USB debugging".

After the debugging process, you can start file recovery. The program will detect your device and show an interface like below. Click "Next" to scan your device.
