You need to enable USB debugging before using this software.

For Android 2.3 or earlier: Enter "Settings" < Click "Applications" < Click "Development" < Check "USB debugging".

For Android 4.1-5.1: Enter "Settings" < Click "About Phone" < Tap "Build number" for 7 times until getting a note "You are under developer mode" < Go back to "Settings" < Click "Developer options" < Check "USB debugging".

For Android 6.0 or newer: "Settings" > "About Phone" > "Software Info" > tap "Build number" 7 times in rapid succession > Back > "Develop options" > turn on "Developer options" > "USB debugging".

Step 2: Scan Your Android Phone

After the debugging process, you can start file recovery. The program will detect your device and show an interface like below. Click "Next" to scan your device.

Step 3: Preview and Recover Lost Data

The scanning process will finish in minutes, and then you'll be able to preview all the files (including the existed ones and deleted ones) on your device. Choose the files you want and click "Recover" to save them on your computer.
