Burn ISO image file to CD/DVD/USB flash drive

Step1. Download and install Data Recovery WinPE in any available computer (not from PC that can't boot up). Then launch it.

Step2. Insert CD/DVD/USB flash drive to the computer, choose Data Recovery WinPE ISO image file and CD/DVD or USB flash drive. Here we will take USB flash drive for example. Then click "Burn" button to start burning ISO image file.

Note: Usually the ISO image file path was defaulted, you have no need to redefine it.

Step3. Click "OK" when the burning task is completed. Now you can boot up operating system with bootable USB flash drive.

Step1. Insert the burned CD/DVD/USB flash drive to the unbootable PC. Run computer and press "F2", "F10" or "Delete" to enter BIOS setup.

Note: The key pressed to enter BIOS is different based on manufacturers, but F2, F10 or Delete are the most common keys.

Step2. Use the arrow keys to select Boot tab, and then select Boot Device Priority and press Enter.

Step3. In Boot Device Priority, please choose 1st Boot Device to USB, and then press F10 to save setting. Now your computer will start with the changed settings automatically.
