Follow the step-by-step guide to learn how to recover deleted or lost data from your iOS devices.

step1. Select "iTunes Data Recovery". In the main interface, you will see a list with all iOS devices displayed there. Highlight the device and click "Scan" to start.

Step2.You can see scanned result separately listed with categories including contacts, call history, messages, notes, photos, etc. Select one of them on the top left of the window to view thumbnails of all files.

Step3.After viewing the files, you can choose the files you would like to recover and click "Recover" button in the top of the window. Then select a save destination path for the recovered files. If you want to extract backup file for other iOS devices, please click "Back" to continue.
