You need to allow the Android Data Recovery to detect your Android device. Follow the 3 tutorials below to continue.
Double-click to run Android Data Recovery, and connect your Android device to PC with original USB i.e. the cable that came with it.
If the software still stays at the above interface, click "Find your device". Click "Connect" to connect the detected device.
