How to Recover Unsaved, Deleted or Corrupted Documents?

All of us will reach a general consensus: most of mishaps on our working when using computer occur because of carelessness and negligence. Even with the right MS Office etiquette in place, documents may be lost due to this or that reason. It's a bitter lesson that's taught to us while working on documents like Microsoft Word, Excel, or any other like PowerPoint. The lesson says: Save early and keep backups.

Part I: Need to Recover Unsaved Documents
The notorious Windows system crash or your house power on the blink could cause you to lose your work before you can click on save.
To recover unsaved documents, you can utilize "AutoRecover" feature built in Microsft Office which is enabled by default. Here we take one tool of Microsoft Suite - Word for example:
1Step 1:
After interruption, launch Microsoft Word. A prompt may present you with any unsaved data. Open these documents, you should find the latest file on which you previously work before the interruption. Save it into another document. If the prompt does not appear, go to step 2.
2Step 2:
Go to "Tool"->"Options"->"File Location". Check if there is directory text next to "AutoRecover Files". This will be the location of any unsaved documents that were unexpected closed.
Part II: Need to Recover Corrupted, Deleted Documents in Windows
Corrupted or deleted documents are always salvageable, even if there is no backup. 1Step 1: Select the Recovery Way & Drive
(When you deleted your documents) Choose "Deleted Recovery", and select the drive where your deleted documents were restored. Then click "Scan".
2Step 2: Preview and Select the Documents
The program will scan and search all your deleted files which can be recovered. Look through the list and specify your documents you need to recover by ticking their names. And click "Recover".

Step 3: Save the Recovered Documents
Select the location for your newly recovered files. You are suggested to choose the partition which is different from your deleted files located in before. Click "OK" to finish document Recovery.

Part 2. How to Recover Documents on Mac with Mac Document Recovery?
If you are using Mac computer, go to try Mac Document Recovery. The steps of how to recover documents on Mac can be concluded as: Select the recovery mode -> Select the drive where lost documents were -> Select "Document" and click "Scan" -> Select the document you need to retrieve ->Choose a location to save the recovered documents.
